Huma Qureshi‘s love for sweat sets isn’t new. Neither for statement evening gowns nor for versatility. Experimentation may not be at the top of her fashion memo but she definitely likes to step out of her comfort zone every now and then. And her ability to transition effortlessly from sporty and athletic looks to power outfits to flirty, red carpet-worthy gowns is one to take note of. This pretty much sums up the topic of discussion: Huma’s effortless ability to go from snug to suave that we’ll prove with two of her latest looks.
In a tie-dye sweat set
Ever since March last year, the actor has proven that there’s no going wrong in a comfortable pair of sweat pants and sweatshirt or hoodie. Whether you’re travelling, headed for brunch, got a salon appointment, even work meeting (at your own risk, though) or simply chilling at home, a sweat set, light or thick, will always have your back. In her recent-most look, Huma is seen dressed in a white, tie-dye set with jogger pants and a cropped hoodie that came coloured with earthy tones and pops of blue. She teamed her ensemble with a matching bucket hat and white sneakers from Melissa. Any additional jewellery pieces were a no-go because sweat sets = no extra fuss, always stylish and comfortable.
In an evening gown
From another one of her latest looks, Huma was seen wearing a green, satin gown by Zwaan. The collared dress came with a thigh-high slit in the middle and a knotted detailing on the bodice, that cinched the waist perfectly and created a ruching effect. She accessorised her look with dainty silver necklaces, dangly earrings, a glimmering bracelet and several rings, all encrusted with diamonds making the look all the more romantic. Cat eyes with a pop of mint and bronze, flushed cheeks and a bold red lip was her beauty for the night.
